A Team that Cares - PLI Customer Care Team

LAS VEGAS, NV – January 10th, 2024 - PLI shines a spotlight on their Customer Care Team to honor and recognize their accomplishments, positive attitude, flexibility to adapt, and provide superior support to both internal teams as well as their external customers.  

PLI’s Customer Care Team is no ordinary customer service group. During the Centers of Manufacturing Excellence strategy transition that nears completion in Q1, the team of six rose to the challenge of project managing an abundance of orders and customers across three facilities. Not only did they rise to the challenge and excel at maintaining orders and customer relationships within their own respective department, but they also donated their time and efforts to assisting other departments including shipping. From working with Sales and Operations, to building strong client relationships with their detail-orientated project management tasks, their communication skills know no bounds. This is a team that embodies PLI’s core values and mission with their collaborative spirit to go above and beyond the standard.  

The following employees have been particularly recognized for their outstanding work, can-do attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to take on multiple roles that has greatly contributed to PLI’s success as an organization.   

Ashley Morgan has been with PLI since 2017 when she started as a temporary employee at our previous Romeoville, IL location. She has held five different positions within the company and is potentially headed for a sixth position in the coming weeks. Ashley was nominated by Trishahn Soto, Customer Care Manager, to be the Monarch trainer last year for the previous Los Angeles facility to assist with the utilization of the ERP system. She successfully trained the manager and the rest of the Los Angeles personnel on how to utilize the system and the benefits. Ashley is also Trishahn’s trainer within the department for new hires and a go-to person for hands-on support. She is also offering her services to help assist other departments where help is needed. She continues to overcome and excel the various challenges that have been set before her.

Marisol Reyes has worked in production as a label maker for the past two years. Trishahn transitioned Marisol into the administrative role to assist with the functions between LV1 and LV2 where she excelled with ease. Due to her performance in the administrative function, her work ethic, ability to learn, and desire for growth, she was promoted to a full Customer Care Specialist and Project Coordinator position at LV2. She has far exceeded expectations in her present role, and evidence is shown that hard work and a clear understanding of the job function can expand career growth at PLI.

Ashley and Marisol, along with the rest of the Customer Care Team, takes immense pride in what they do, and PLI values what they bring to the table every day. PLI is dedicated to providing opportunities for career growth and success for its employees, as well as honoring them for their hard work and commitment.
