Mark Goldberg Retirement

After more than 25 years of dedicated service to PLI, Mark Goldberg, former President and CEO is retiring. Over the years, Mr. Goldberg has served as the company’s General Manager, President and CEO as well as a Director on the company’s board. He spearheaded years of growth and helped propel PLI into the leader in the card industry that it is today.

Last year, Mark took a step back with the appointment of Peter Krauss to CEO. Mr. Goldberg stayed on as President and continued to be an active board member while focusing on special projects. He retires now from both the company and its board of directors.

“From our very modest launch, Mark saw the future of our card business and the potential for PLI’s place in it with more clarity than anyone else. Through hard work and dedication, he helped position us in the dominant position we now are,” noted Bill Miller, Chairman of the company’s Board of Directors.

On his retirement, Mark Goldberg shared, “It has been my honor and privilege to serve in leadership at PLI. My thanks to those who have shared the vision of PLI, who put their trust in me, and who worked side by side with me to make PLI what it is today. To my friends and co-workers, I know your next twenty-five years will be as successful as our last. Under new leadership, PLI’s dedication and commitment to our customers shall continue to be the highest priority.”
