A Thanksgiving Feast to Remember

This year’s Thanksgiving luncheon brought together teammates from both Las Vegas locations for a celebration packed with good food, great conversations, and plenty of gratitude.

Nothing fuels team spirit quite like a delicious meal, and Capriotti’s sandwiches were the stars of the show. From fan favorite Bobbie sandwiches to classic cold cuts, the spread had something for everyone. The offices were filled with laughter, shared stories, and the unmistakable feeling of a team that genuinely enjoys being together.

Beyond the food, this luncheon reflected something deeper, the power of connection. As our teams continue to grow, adapt, and drive excellence across our facilities, events like this remind us of what makes PLI special. It is the people, the collaboration, the willingness to support one another, and the pride everyone brings to their work every day.

The Thanksgiving luncheon gave us the chance to step back and appreciate the contributions of every employee and celebrate the people who make PLI successful.
