Which aspects of your job make you the proudest?
One of the things I'm most proud of is learning how to work with different personalities and collaborate effectively across all departments. I’m also grateful for the support I received from PLI during a personal health condition. The company gave me the time I needed while allowing me to remain employed, and that meant a lot to me.
What is your favorite benefit/perk if working at PLI? Same question asked differently.
My favorite benefit of working at PLI is the supportive, people-focused culture. I've always felt valued and supported, and I appreciate working for a company that genuinely cares about its employees.
What advice do you have for someone considering working or applying at PLI?
Be prepared to be flexible, work long hours when needed, and adapt to changing priorities and assignments.
