PLI recently hosted Employee Appreciation events at its Las Vegas facilities to recognize the dedication and commitment of its employees. The celebrations took place on September 10 at LV1 and September 11 at LV2, each featuring a luncheon designed to bring teams together in a relaxed and enjoyable setting.

Chairman and CEO, Mark McEachen, visited both Las Vegas locations personally thanking employees for the important role they play in the company’s success. Employees enjoyed a catered lunch from Raising Cane’s while connecting with colleagues and taking a well-deserved break from the busy pace of production. His visits provided the opportunity not only to share his gratitude but also to address employees directly, offering updates and announcements about the future of PLI. Hearing directly from leadership added to the excitement of the gatherings and emphasized the value placed on open communication.

These events underscored the belief that PLI’s success begins with its people. By celebrating Employee Appreciation Day in such a personal and meaningful way, the company reinforced its commitment to recognizing hard work and fostering a culture of respect.
