Celebrating Valentine’s Day: A day of Sweetness and Team Spirit

LAS VEGAS, NV and ASHEVILLE, NC – February 14, 2025 - PLI’s Las Vegas and Asheville facilities came together to celebrate Valentine’s Day with a fun and festive event. Employees embraced the holiday spirit by wearing pink, red, white, and heart-themed outfits, filling the workplace with a sea of cheerful colors. The celebration wasn’t just about dressing up, it was about fostering camaraderie and creating an atmosphere where everyone felt appreciated and connected.

A highlight of the day was the sweet treats shared across our locations. In Las Vegas, employees enjoyed delicious cookies in the break room, while in Asheville, team members were surprised with candy bars as a small token of appreciation. Taking a moment to step away from the workday and share a treat with colleagues helped strengthen connections and bring teams closer together. Whether it was a quick chat over cookies, or a smile shared over a candy bar, the event encouraged engagement across all departments.

At PLI, we know that small gestures can have a big impact on workplace culture. Events like our Valentine’s Day celebration provide an opportunity to recognize the hard work of our employees while creating an environment that values teamwork and morale. By coming together to celebrate, we reinforce the strong sense of unity that drives our success, no matter which facility we call home.

As we continue to grow and evolve with our Center of Excellence Facilities, we remain committed to fostering a workplace where employees feel valued and connected. Our Valentine’s Day event was just one example of how we bring PLI together—not just as a company, but as a team that supports and celebrates one another across all our locations.
