Holiday Message from our CEO
Dear PLI Teammates,
As we approach the end of 2024, I am reminded of the extremely busy year we have had and to reflect on our successes as a company.
This year, we have achieved some big things:
- Completed the transition of the second Las Vegas (LV2) facility
- Expanded our manufacturing capacity
- Increased significant investment in state-of-the-art and cutting-edge equipment and machinery
Without each of you, none of this would have been possible.
I have witnessed the long hours you’ve put in day in and day out throughout the year, and for that, I sincerely thank you. I recognize the extra time you’ve given to get things just right, the positive mindset, the teamwork nature formed to work together, the creativity for problem solving and new innovations – those efforts are met with my sincerest gratitude.
Hurricane Helene’s devasting impact greatly affected our Asheville employees as they are still recovering from the hardship and destruction they’ve endured. The safety and well-being of our employees remains our number one priority, so it was essential for us to step in and step up to assist those affected with immediate assistance and solutions, be that financially, providing tools and supplies, or even just lending a helping hand. The swift actions from the PLI family and willingness to aid those in need has truly been remarkable.
At this time of year, it’s a perfect time to not only reflect on what we have accomplished but it is also a great opportunity to give thanks to those who support us most – our families and friends. I wish you a Happy Holiday season and a Happy New Year as you gather with friends and family. May it bring joy, laughter, peace and good health.
As we look ahead towards a fresh and revitalized future in 2025, we will continue to foster a workplace ecosystem that ignites motivation and recognition for our employees to flourish. I am optimistic about our prosperous growth from all the valiant efforts that have paved the way for a bright horizon. With our expanded capacity and machinery investments that you helped to implement, we are setting ourselves up for success in all the right ways as the premiere industry leader.
Here’s to an exciting New Year in 2025, full of new opportunities and growth!
Sincerely,
Mark McEachen
Chairman and CEO
