Hurricane Helene Relief Effort: PLI GoFundMe Fundraiser

ASHEVILLE, NC - October 4, 2024 – With the devastation of Hurricane Helene’s impact to our team members in Asheville, NC where one of our facilities is located, we have created a GoFundMe fundraiser to enable expanded support and reach for these affected employees.

To reinforce, Hurricane Helene has hit our Asheville PLI family very hard. The PLI family stands together during times of crisis and as such, the creation of our GoFundMe fundraiser is intended to raise awareness and assistance for our impacted employees. This platform enables us to reach a larger audience to help our team members as we continue to aid internally.

We are doing everything we can to support our affected employees and encourage you to support any way you can to help us raise money for supplies to those in need in Asheville.

In addition to providing financial compensation to affected employees for the time missed during the week the facility has been closed, PLI will also match the funds raised up to $10,000. 

We place high value on our commitment and dedication to supporting our employees, particularly during this difficult time of need.
