Each quarter, PLI is privileged to highlight individuals who surpass expectations, pushing the company forward with creativity, vision, and commitment.
As Q3 of 2024 comes to a close, PLI is proud to announce the Rock Star Award winners. These outstanding individuals exemplify extraordinary leadership and innovation, consistently going above and beyond to elevate our company's performance and profitability. The recipients of the quarterly Rock Star Award were not only nominated but also carefully selected, receiving a well-deserved cash award of $1,000 along with a prestigious trophy that honors their excellence.
Gift & Loyalty Segment (Las Vegas) Winners:
Elinor Bernal won the Rockstar Award for outstanding collaboration and teamwork with fellow employees.
Kenneth Santiago won the Rockstar Award for outstanding collaboration and teamwork with fellow employees.
HEAT segment (Asheville) Winners:
Eric Case won the Rockstar Award for exceptional innovation and creativity that lead to business cost savings.
Candace Folks won the Rockstar Award for her outstanding contributions to cost savings and safety diligence.
