Jamie is driven by the technical craft behind print, especially color management and solving press issues. He enjoys digging into complex problems and finding practical solutions, and he brings that same mindset to developing others. Training teammates matters to Jamie because strong team members make strong teams, and he appreciates working somewhere that allows him to use his college education every day.

What stands out most to Jamie about PLI is the people and the culture. He values being surrounded by talented coworkers and having a safe, secure place to work. He also connects strongly with PLI’s emphasis on core values, especially integrity, because he believes trust is the foundation of every strong relationship and the starting point for natural collaboration and progress.
