Patrick Judge Joins PLI as Vice President of HEAT Operations

I am pleased to announce that Patrick Judge will be joining HEAT as our new Vice President of Operations, effective March 16, 2026, reporting directly to me.

Patrick brings more than 30 years of operational leadership experience in printing, packaging, and manufacturing. Throughout his career, he has led large production teams, strengthened quality systems, improved workflow efficiency, and overseen major equipment investments and ERP implementations.

He previously served as Vice President of Operations at Walton Press and President of Operations at Pak Solutions, where he guided operational growth, enhanced quality programs, and managed multisite manufacturing. His background includes GMP, HACCP, and SQF standards, all of which align with PLI’s commitment to delivering operational excellence and driving continuous improvement across HEAT.

Patrick’s hands on leadership style, technical expertise, and experience transforming manufacturing environments make him a strong addition to the PLI team.
