PLI Appoints Andrew DeVane as New Business Development Consultant

I’m pleased to share that Andrew “Drew” DeVane has joined our team as a New Business Development Consultant, reporting directly to Michele Esposito.

Andrew is a results-driven hospitality sales and revenue leader with extensive experience, accelerating top-line performance, growing market share, and building strong corporate and group pipelines across competitive markets. Most recently, he served as Sales and Marketing Manager at Element Asheville Downtown, where he led strategic sales initiatives across corporate, group, and leisure segments while overseeing revenue management strategy and digital marketing efforts to increase demand, visibility, and booking conversion.

Previously, Andrew held senior leadership roles including Area Director of Sales with Crown Hotel and Travel Management and General Manager of the Hilton Garden Inn Asheville South. His background combines a strong operational foundation with a data-driven, relationship-focused sales approach that consistently delivers pricing, positioning, and execution aligned to revenue growth.

Andrew brings a thoughtful, analytical mindset and a collaborative leadership style that will be a strong addition to our team. We’re excited to have him on board and confident he will play an important role in supporting new business growth.
