PLI Asheville Holiday Signature Event and Quarterly Fireside Chat

ASHEVILLE, NC – December 12th, 2023 - Last Friday, the Asheville location held its signature holiday luncheon event and fireside chat to round out 2023 as the year comes to an end. It was a celebratory occasion to honor tenure milestones of select Asheville employees ranging from 20 years to 2 years, as well as celebrate the wins, hard work and dedication that all employees conquered together during the transitional year.

The leadership team acknowledged a summary of the year’s triumphs as the team continues to forge ahead with steady progress including the following highlights:

• Seamless transitional success of Asheville’s shift to be solely dedicated to supporting the Hospitality, Events, Casino, Cruise & Charters, Entertainment and Transit & Access Control business segments with PLI’s Centers of Manufacturing Excellence strategy - All Gift & Loyalty business was shifted to the Las Vegas locations
• Equipment Upgrades and New Machinery, including the Dicetrac and 10 Up Punch to increase speed and efficiencies
• Surging of the Events and Gaming business segments
• Support community responsibility with a Push to Zero Waste Program for recycling efforts

The following Asheville employees were honored for their tenure and commitment to PLI. PLI is exceptionally proud to have these loyal team members as part of its community and values investment and growth in the people it serves. They all received cash in various amounts based on their tenure tier and an award certificate. The 5-year and 15-year employees received an additional jacket.
