PLI G&L Operations Organization Change

Effective immediately, I am making the following changes to the G&L operations team:

Chad Jones is appointed VP of G&L Operations and will report to me.

Chad has complete responsibility for all Press/Manufacturing and Service Bureau activities in Las Vegas

Now reporting to Chad:

• Kevin Brum (Press activity LV1)
• Joe Lorenzo (Manufacturing activity LV1)
• Billy Johnson (SB2 perso activities for first shift)
• James Bigelow (SB2 affixing activities for first shift)
• Timothy Nance (joined PLI on Nov 18 and will report to Chad for all SB2 activities on second shift)
• Marco Velarde (SB1 activities)
• Gene Whitmer reports to Chad for all Facilities activities
• Craig Bailey (all logistics/shipping needs for G&L)
• Adrian Flores (all maintenance needs for G&L)

In addition to the above changes, I have decided to reorganize the Safety and Quality Department for G&L as follows:

• Judy Borisov will continue to report to me and will continue to oversee Safety and Quality needs for G&L
• Judy will now relocate to LV2 and be responsible for LV2 quality efforts
• Aditya Holkar will continue to report to Judy but he will now focus on LV1 quality efforts

With these changes, we continue to refine and improve on our journey started one year ago when we kicked off the Centers of Excellence Project.
