PLI HEAT Organizational Announcement

As we begin a new and exciting year in Hospitality, I am pleased to announce not only the addition of four new and experienced sales team members, but also the creation of a newly structured sales organization designed to better meet the challenges of handling the various sectors and customers we service.

This new structure will enhance our ability to anticipate customer needs, deliver exceptional service, and drive meaningful growth across all areas of our business.

The sales organization will now be comprised of three groups, all reporting to our new VP of Sales, Robyn Evans:

• Events, Entertainment, and International Sales will be led by Matt Pegg
• Custom and Casino Sales will be led by Michele Esposito
• Inside and Branded Sales will report directly to Robyn Evans
