PLI HEAT Organizational Announcement

Asheville, NC – September 2, 2025 - PLI is excited to announce an important new addition to the HEAT division: Phil Traywick will be joining us as Vice President of Sales for HEAT, effective Tuesday, September 2. Phil will report directly to our CEO, Mark McEachen and be based in Asheville, NC.

Phil is a seasoned sales leader with over 25 years of experience in sales and leadership roles. He has a strong background in the hospitality industry, having worked with Guest Supply, LLC, where he developed a reputation for creative problem-solving, thoughtful leadership, and a relentless focus on improvement. Phil embodies our core values and brings fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to the team. He is known for cultivating positive relationships and inspiring teams, thriving in environments that celebrate curiosity and continuous learning.

Over the next few weeks, Phil will engage closely with our operations team and the executive leadership to gain a comprehensive understanding of our business functions. He will also play a key role in crafting a strategic plan aimed at revitalizing our HEAT Sales department and driving revenue growth. To ensure alignment and synergy across the division, the entire HEAT Sales team will be under Phil.
