PLI Names New CFO as Perry Morgan Announces Retirement

Las Vegas, NV – September 10, 2025 – PLI today announced that Chief Financial Officer Perry Morgan will retire effective November 21, 2025. Morgan has served as CFO since 2021, building a strong finance organization and contributing to the company’s growth and success well beyond the finance function.

Josh Gleason, newly appointed CFO of PLI

Effective October 1, 2025, Josh Gleason will be promoted to Chief Financial Officer. Gleason, who joined PLI in 2022, has been mentored by Morgan for the past three years and is well prepared to assume the CFO role.

To ensure a seamless transition, Morgan will serve in a consulting capacity from October 1 through November 21, 2025.
