PLI Names HEAT VP of Ops VP as Bob Keshura Retires

After fourteen years of outstanding dedication and leadership, Bob Keshura, Vice President of Operations for HEAT, will be retiring at the end of this quarter.

Throughout his tenure, Bob has played a pivotal role in shaping the success and growth of our Hospitality organization, guiding his operational team through numerous challenges and achievements. His commitment to excellence and his unwavering support of the HEAT facility have left a lasting and meaningful impact on all of us.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to Bob for his years of service and leadership, and we wish him all the best as he embarks on this exciting new chapter of his life.

Patrick Judge Joins HEAT as Vice President of Operations

I am pleased to announce that Patrick Judge will be joining HEAT as our new Vice President of Operations, effective March 16, 2026, reporting directly to me. Patrick brings extensive experience leading complex manufacturing operations, with a proven background in improving production efficiency, elevating quality, and implementing new equipment and operational systems.

He will bring valuable leadership to HEAT by strengthening processes, enhancing throughput, and supporting the continued growth of our manufacturing capabilities across PLI. Patrick’s hands-on approach and commitment to operational excellence will play an important role in advancing our performance and ensuring consistency across our operations.
