PLI Town Hall: Recognition, Results, and What’s Next
LAS VEGAS, NV – June 5, 2025 - PLI hosted its first Town Hall of 2025 at both Las Vegas facilities. The event brought employees together to hear about company updates, performance highlights, and well-deserved employee recognition. From strategic priorities to personal milestones, the Town Hall captured the spirit of progress and teamwork.

Message from the Chairman and CEO
The Town Hall opened with a company-wide update from the Chairman and CEO, Mark McEachen, focusing on recent achievements, ongoing investments, and key business priorities. The presentation included a Q1 recap, highlights of new equipment being integrated into operations, and a clear outlook for the rest of the year. The message underscored the importance of alignment across departments, encouraging collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Employees walked away with a stronger understanding of where the company is headed and how their roles contribute to its success. The tone was clear, motivating, and focused on forward momentum.
