PLI’s One Team One Dream: A Workplace Rooted in Compassion
LAS VEGAS, NV - August 8, 2025 – PLI’s Las Vegas facility recently came together to host a back-to-school fundraiser, helping employee families prepare for the new school year with essential classroom supplies. The effort was part of One Team One Dream, an employee-led initiative rooted in compassion, community, and connection.

At PLI, people do more than just work side by side, they support one another like family. One Team One Dream reflects that spirit, bringing employees together to make a real difference in each other’s lives and in the communities, they live in. What makes this initiative special is that it is entirely driven by employees who step up, give back, and create meaningful change.
Supporting Families from the Inside Out

One Team One Dream reflects what matters most at PLI. It starts with employees who take the lead in organizing, funding, and carrying out efforts that support their coworkers and local communities. These acts of kindness are personal. They reflect a workplace culture where everyone is seen, valued, and supported.
The School Supply Fundraiser

One of the most impactful programs each year is the School Supply Fundraiser. For just ten dollars, full- time and seasonal employees can purchase a ready-to-go bundle of essential school supplies for their children.
To qualify, employees must have a child, stepchild, or legal dependent in kindergarten through twelfth grade. Supplies are selected to match general classroom needs by grade level, with a simplified version for high school students. Supplies are available while quantities last, and the goal is always to help as many families as possible feel prepared and supported as the school year begins.
A Culture of Giving That Lasts

The School Supply Fundraiser program is only one example of how One Team One Dream shows up all year long. From local volunteer events to broader charitable efforts, the initiative is a constant reminder that generosity and care are part of PLI’s foundation. Because it is driven by employees, the impact feels personal and meaningful.
When People Come Together, Good Things Happen
PLI believes that when people unite around a common purpose, real change is possible. The One Team One Dream initiative is a reflection of that belief. Whether it is through school supplies, outreach programs, or simply offering support when someone needs it most, PLI employees continue to show the power of compassion in action.
Together, they are one team with one dream. They care deeply, give generously, and work every day to build a brighter future for all.
