Rick Heil Joins PLI as Head of IT

I’m excited to announce that Rick Heil has joined PLI as our new Head of IT, reporting directly to Josh Gleason.

Rick brings extensive IT experience supporting large, complex organizations through growth and increasing operational demands. His background includes enterprise systems, application architecture, data platforms, and cloud-based environments, with a strong focus on supporting reliable, scalable business operations.

Throughout his career, Rick has held senior IT and architecture roles across a range of industries, including hospitality, gaming, financial services, and government environments. His experience modernizing technology platforms, integrating core business systems, and supporting mission-critical applications aligns well with PLI’s continued growth and evolving technological needs.

What stands out about Rick’s background is the breadth of environments he has supported and the depth of his systems and platform experience. This perspective will support PLI as technology continues to play an increasingly important role.
