Robert Boehm Joins PLI as the New Head of Security

NEW SECURITY OFFICE

LAS VEGAS, NV - January 5, 2026 - Today I am announcing a new department for security which will provide security for all employees in LV and ensure all company property is well protected.

Robert Boehm joins PLI as the new Head of Security, reporting directly to me. Robert has nearly 19 years of distinguished law enforcement experience with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department (LVMPD). Throughout his career with LVMPD, Robert served the Las Vegas community in a wide range of demanding and high-responsibility roles and an unwavering commitment to public safety.

During his tenure, Robert gained extensive experience in security operations, emergency response, threat assessment, investigations, and risk management. During his last 13 years he worked exclusively as a Detective working closely with Federal and State partners, high profile cases and investigations. He has worked closely with diverse teams, served in high-pressure incidents, and developed strategic safety initiatives designed to protect both people and critical assets.

Robert is committed to bringing the same level of dedication and service to PLI that he demonstrated throughout his career in law enforcement. His experience, professionalism, and passion for community-focused safety make him a valuable addition to the PLI leadership team.

I have asked Robert to oversee the new 24-hour surveillance system of all LV properties and to ensure that all employees are fully protected from any undue influence as we move forward with our new three- shift work schedule. Robert will be responsible for compliance and security for all LV facilities and will enforce all company policies regarding security and employee conduct.
